Maintain a clean and organized laundry area at all times.
Enforce safety guidelines and proper handling of chemicals and equipment.
Maintain inventory of laundry chemicals, supplies, linens, and uniforms.
Report damaged items and arrange repairs or replacements.
Coordinate regular maintenance of machines (washers, dryers, steam presses, boilers).
Handle guest laundry requests and ensure timely delivery.
Address customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on laundry output, staff performance, and inventory usage.
Track linen usage and losses to minimize waste and cost.
