Job Description

We are currently looking for a Male Hotel Receptionist for one of our properties. Only shortlisted and qualified applicants will be contacted by the HR Department.

Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
Perform check-in quickly and efficiently, according to the Hotel Standards
To be familiar with the walk-in guest procedures.
To ensure that the room billing method is completed as per hotel procedure.
To show guests to their room when required in a pleasant manner, informing them of the facilities of the room and hotel, and ensuring that their luggage will be delivered by the bellboy as soon as possible.
To be familiar with the facilities of the hotel and their times of operation
To answer all telephone calls in three rings with an appropriate greeting note.
To answer guest or telephone queries supplying the correct information.
To take, input, and amend any reservation as required, assuring all reservations will be guaranteed.
Arabic Speaking would be an added advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- With hospitality experience

- At least 1-year experience in Front Office

- Currently in UAE
